Overview
A broadcast identity built to survive weekly production.
BNB Chain's developer streaming series needed a visual system that unified every touchpoint: animated intros, outros, lower thirds, and live streaming graphics. The challenge was building something modular enough to survive weekly production without losing its identity across episodes.
We designed a system, not a set of one-off assets. Every element shares a visual grammar that holds whether it plays on a YouTube stream, a Twitter clip, or a Telegram post. Consistency without rigidity.
Role
Motion system design, broadcast graphics, and cross-platform delivery.
Visual Identity Designed the complete visual system for the series: colour palette application, typography rules, graphic device library, and compositional templates. The identity needed to feel developer-native without defaulting to the terminal-green clichés the space usually reaches for.
Motion Design Animated intros, outros, lower thirds, transition bumpers, and live streaming overlays. Every element built as a modular component that could be swapped, updated, or extended without redesigning the system.
Cross-Platform Adaptation Delivered assets optimised for YouTube live streams, Twitter/X clips, and Telegram distribution. Each platform's format and compression behaviour was accounted for at the design stage, not patched in post.

Challenges & process
Stage 1: Brand Foundation Understanding the developer audience and BNB Chain's positioning to create visuals that feel authentic to the crypto/blockchain community while maintaining professional standards.
Stage 2: System Architecture Designing a modular visual system that could work across static graphics, motion sequences, and live streaming overlays without losing brand coherence.
Stage 3: Motion Development Translating static brand elements into engaging motion graphics that enhance rather than distract from technical content, finding the right balance of movement and timing.
Stage 4: Integration & Optimization Ensuring all elements work smoothly in real-time streaming environments while maintaining high quality across different video formats and platforms.
